“After over 10 years of working with another equipment repair/maintenance service company, we decided to switch to using The Fitness Connection for our equipment maintenance and repair needs.  In addition, we now use them for purchasing new equipment and for our equipment upholstery repair needs.  Drew and Justin are very professional, reliable, easy to work with, and quick to get the job done.  They respond quickly to our requests for service and order parts that are needed in a timely manner.  Their equipment technicians are also very good.  They are experienced with working with all different types of equipment and equipment manufacturers and can always diagnose the problem.  Their costs are very competitive and they’re always looking out for our best interests by suggesting ways we can save on expenses.   We also love the number system they use for our equipment!  They put numbers on all of the equipment and associate the equipment serial numbers with the number they put on the machine.  When we call for service on a piece of equipment, we just have to indicate the number on the machine.  This makes it convenient for us and helps expedite the ordering of the parts we need.  They also update us with a Service Log on a regular basis which indicates all the repairs we’ve made on every single piece of equipment.  With this information, we can see what pieces of equipment we’ve spent the most repairs on which helps us plan for when we purchase new equipment.   We have been working with them the past couple years and have been very pleased with their overall service.  We hope to continue our working relationship for many years to come!”
